I have asked a great community of workshopper masters all around the world about which are their challenges in regard to interaction with their participants.
Why did I do this? Because I want to know which are the things that people are kept awake at night and for which for sure there are solutions looking from a neuroscience perspective.
Here are some answers:
Do you relate to any of these? Which other topics are you struggling with? Let me know in the comments!
I am “cooking” a new on-demand training:
Facilitation - neuroscience behind - a 3h online session where I would explain some neuroscience principles I use in most of my workshops in order to create brain-based workshops that are universally applied independent of culture, industry, etc.
What will you be able to do during and after this training?
🎲 Practice how to connect with people or help them go out of emotionally stressed moments
🎲 Discover a universal human interaction framework
🎲 Reflect on which workshop / trainings situations you can apply this method
I need your help to make this happen!
If the above learning objectives are appealing to you, please register your intention to attend this training by filling in this survey.
It is important to find a date that fits most of you, so you have in the survey also the option to pick up which dates work best for you :)
What is different with this training?
🎲 It is brain-based training which means it is made for you to be able to apply the learnings immediately, during the training directly - and also to learn 10x faster because I use a learning protocol invented by a neuroscientist at Standford:
🎲 It is a practical, very interactive, and focused session.
🎲 It will be bringing you my experience from more than 200 workshops facilitated during the last 2 years, know-how from the trainings I have attended, books, and podcasts that I get inspiration from.
