What about a big group chat filled with like-minded people who care about their teams and want to help solve challenges?
Today I’m announcing a new addition to the newsletter: Team Flow Chats.
This is a conversation space in the Substack app that I set up exclusively for my subscribers — kind of like a group chat or live hangout. There will be conversations with me and each other about topics we care about most.
Want a place to connect with like-minded people? A place to discuss which struggles you have in your teams and get support from me and from each other? A place to figure out what interests you have so that I can adjust the newsletter based on your needs?
Those are the kind of things we will be doing in Team Flow Chats but also many more. I would love that this will become a space where we can better connect as a community and help each other with the team challenges.
Team Flow Chats will occur every Thursday starting from 19:30 CET. It is an experiment I want to try and see if it is engaging and useful for you guys.
Today it will be about getting to know each other and checking out which personality types you want to connect with from your teams or people you work with and which challenges you have there.
If you have not seen already the post related to how to deal with different personality types during SCAMPER ideation phase, here is the link.
To join me in today's chat:
Download the app by clicking this link or the button below. Substack Chat is now available on both iOS and Android.
Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
That’s it! Jump into my first Team Flow Chat to say hi, and if you have any issues, check out Substack’s FAQ. I truly don’t know more than what that document says, so don’t ask me! You can also e-mail support@substack.com
