Then their cognitive performance goes higher, they feel safe to co-create and build amazing outcomes. The project is working great. They stay in the company. You perform because they perform. It is a cycle here that many people are not aware of.

Connection is so important because it is the #1 basic psychological need. From when you were born (even before) until now it has been like this. Why does it not matter in work situations as well?
